Hi Paul
Today i intended to write you the procedure to enable the dhcp with the 'special procedure'.
But to be sure that i write every detail i tested the procedure at home and there i encountered that it doesn't work with the current software.
I will check why this is the case and will write again when i have the answer.

Hi Fred,
Thank you for letting me know. I can be a "beta" tester of your procedure when you are ready with it.
Do you think I have a software (firmware) problem, or do I have a hardware problem (a bad board). I've visually checked all the solder joints and did not see anything. I'll look closer and also do some checking with a digital meter.

I'll let you know whan the working update is ready.
But the 'stuck' position shown in the log looks quite bad. If i have to guess then i would guess there is a hardware problem

At first please install a new firmware (763) from here:
http://www.telexupdate.de/ethernet/update.zip
Then do the following steps to reset the DHCP option:
1. Restart the Ethernet board by switching power off and on again.
2. Within the next two seconds, before the red and yellow LED go off, press and hold the button at the Ethernet board
3. When the yellow LED is on (while the red one if off) release the button.
4. The yellow LED should go off and the red on again.
5. Press the button again for approx one second. While pressing the button the green led is on (with the red)
6. after releasing the button the led shall change from red+green to yellow+blue. This is the sign for the DHCP reset to take effect.
7. After that the Ethernet board starts again
Again if it still doesn't work send me the log debug again...

The reset instructions worked as written. Now I know that the button works because this is the first time I've seen it do anything. I installed the firmware update, then followed steps 1-7. The lights worked exactly as documented.
Unfortunately the system still does not work. The log is as before, it stops after the SSD/MD error message and does not continue to the next step.
I've ordered a new ENC28J60 chip. We'll see if that fixes the problem.

I will compare the "stuck position" with my station.The position where the program stucks is strange. There may be the problem of an unintended shortcut. It might be helpful to check this if you have the knowledge and tools.

It's still strange. Please describt the status of the LEDs when the system stucks. It's still the save as in your video?
