Release new i-Telex Version *45 Baud*

Dear all,
here is a new version of the ethernet-firmware for systems with 45 baud machines.
This version also supports the "US-characterset" (instead of ITA-2).
Here is the download path:

In case of any question, please ask per PN at first to prevent blasting up this thread.
