Problems with WRU action.

For some odd reason, when my Lorenz Lo-15c receives the WRU symbol, it prints the Maltese Cross on the printer paper, but does not trigger the Answer back drum.
Sequence of events:
Pressing either the "Here is" button on the front of the keyboard, or pressing down on lever F triggers the Answer Back sequence.
This is a short video of the two levers at the base of the printer. One (A in the .pdf file) moves as it should. The other does nothing.

So, now where do I look as to why the other lever does nothing?

Hi Jeff,

I don't have a Lo15, but had a similar issue with a T68d. One of the levers connecting the printer with the lock-out mechanism of the WRU drum was sticking due to a frozen joint.

This is the lever that doesn't do anything. It's supposed to unlock things so the answer back works.

I'm still at a loss to understand why my Lorenz doesn't respond to the WRU query.
The problem appears to be in the printer assembly.
The first lever (on the left) I think is the one that is tripped by a "Figures" character, which allows the second lever (on the right) to respond to the WRU character.
The first lever doesn't appear to be responding to the "Figures" character, which unlocks the WRU lever on the keyboard.

I'm beginning to suspect it's due to the paper tape punch inhibit.

Sounds like this needs a L015 expert - any mechanical genius available that can offer help or advice?
