Hello Fred,
I have a persistent problem with 'no subscriber directory'. The web server of i-telex card works smoothly, from outside work well.
After resetting i-telex, I can call for a while. Can help me an update?

could you describe it a bit more? Are there any error Messages?

This is usually caused by Problems with the Internet connection. What servers Du you use?
Do you have other Problems with your Internet?


The Server should be:


81.14.237.129
176.52.197.242
sonnibs.no-ip.org

This is Henning's, Martin's and Fred's.

You can also try to ping those Servers with you PC when the error happens, if there is no answer, then
the problem ist there.

Does the error repair itself? Then another message should occur // subscriber servers available again.

i tried more combination of subscriber directory servers with the some results.
i will try ping if no subscriber directory occurs.
/// subscriber server available again - this message sometime occurs, but rare.
my internet connection is stable DSL, i am always reachable with telnet, i- telex web server is reachable without any problem at telex.jps.cz

are the current Servers. They should work. Try pinging them wehen all works and when the error occurs.
Then we can compare results.

Hi Petr,

Can you connect a terminal program via a null modem cable to the ethernet board? 9600 8-N-1 setting and record the logging information coming from the Ethernet board over the serial interface.
Maybe there is some more information...

And please se me a hardcopy of your 'debug-info' page available by the web interface of the Ethernet board.

And please check that there's are no whitespaces entered at the server addresses.

hello fred,
i got a telex from johannes that the problem have to be in the Internet and not in the i-telex, so i pushed again my friend David to look at it again. He modified the security policy of the vpn server, sending a data stream to avoid the timeout. so far it works. before that, the connection was also disconnecting during communication. Meanwhile, i had three long chats and everything was ok. I hope it will be fixt.
