I am in the position where I need to connect two I-Telex Systems to my one router (One in the workshop, and one in the office here)
I have adjusted the MAC address of the ethernet card, but I am struggling with the basics of setting alternate port forwarding - Bernd kindly gave the suggestion in the chat that I can use a different port number in my router, and this should work once the server is updated to reflect these changes.
Obviously I am not the first person to try this, so could I ask some help from the experts?
Thanks
Sean

Hi Sean,
I'm neither an expert in i-telex nor having experience with two ethernet cards in a system. But maybe this description might help you.

Re: Connecting more than one ethernet card to a router
Having taken a look at this thread, I have configured my second system to use port 133 and port 81. I have changed the port number in the configuration for I-Telex to port 133 - hope this is correct.
Just need to get the system added to the server now, and work on getting the old creed next to me connected and working.

There is an aspect to be mentioned:M1ECY hat geschrieben: ↑Di 26. Okt 2021, 21:07 Having taken a look at this thread, I have configured my second system to use port 133 and port 81. I have changed the port number in the configuration for I-Telex to port 133 - hope this is correct.

Althouth you set the port 133 in the configuration of the ethernet-card, you must still set the "receiving port" of 134 for the redirection settings of the router.

Re: Connecting more than one ethernet card to a router
Sorry, I have been away for a couple of days - Thanks for the comment Fred, I think I have this set correctly, but networking at this level isn't really my bag!
Volker, would be very glad of any help you could offer - Will be in touch.
Thanks
Sean
