1 ... -> gives you the information about your firmware version, might be different in your case

What is even more interesting ----
On TW39 interface #1: the configuration menu is displayed normally on the teleprinter(the working one, T1000S), but in german. I left everything unchanged
There is the possibility to update the firmware of the TW39 card to an english version with the procedure explained here:

After I connect the T1000s teleprinter to TW39 interface #2, and long press the button on it: the teleprinter starts, the blue led is blinking on the interface card, but nothing was print out on the teleprinter.
Strange: Did only the blue LED blink? If so, the keypress was not detected as a long press, but as two short presses. But then, the T1000 should not have started. Does the red LED of the board goes on shortly on startup (as all but the ethernet board should do)?

The FW was functioning perfectly, but I misplaced the TX optocoupler for interface 2, so data never actually left the card. After placing it correctly into it's socket, it worked without any further trouble.
Yes, red led was on too!

Some follow up questions:
- Is this machine supporting dual-ink ribbons? Black for local - red for remote messages?
- There is a key I cannot press no matter it's letter or figures mode engaged. What is the purpose of it? Pls see the attached image:

The German T100S does, the Austrian export version also. I saw some Videos on YT of Zbrojovka Brno T100 with red and black text. So I assume your machine will provide this function as well.

This key represents the code 32. On a punch tape no holes are punched. On some teleprinters you can activate the 3rd level. (special characters) Usually this key is blocked by a wire clip. (can be removed)

Should I change something? Because right now it does not raise the ribbon differently for remote/local messages

Yes, I did, but just today - it only arrived in the afternoon - so that's why it's not in the video.
I'm still lucky that there are suppliers in Hungary where I can purchase these locally. Not so lucky with paper rolls - I usually use thermofax paper, that's still available.

Don't use Telefax paper, it has chemicals on the surface that can harm the print head.
You can still purchase original Telex paper here on the forum from Werner in Aschaffenburg or from other sources in Germany.
Punch tape is also available from Werner or me.
Two colours printing for the T100 was an option
Not all are fitted with it.
