Hello from Australia:
My T100 is constantly chattering from about 2 weeks ago. I can stop the chattering by going online. But when I go offline the chattering starts again. I think I have checked all the electrical connections with I-TELEX. I am wondering if it a mechanical issue? Any help or advice would be welcome. Thank you -byes- bambi

T100 Chattering Issue
Hi Bambi,
Is this really a T100,or is it the M100?
By chattering, do you mean it runs as if there is no line current?
I am not sure how you work with the machine - does it have an external control unit, or something built in?

< does it have an external control unit> - correct - relays
Thank you

T100 Chattering Issue
Hi Bambi,
Okay, so, if the machine behaves correctly under line current, then I would be looking at the mechanical connection at the electromagnet - if this does not operate the machine clutch correctly, the machine will race.
But, the confusion is also that the motor continues to run - I'm not familiar with how you control the motor with the M100 - perhaps our experts here can add some detail.
Cheers
Sean
