Looks like something on sending side is stuck. What about only energizing the receiving magnet -
then the machine should also not print anything.

Vladimir,

increase the loop voltage! Normally the network works with 120 volts, 30 Volts might not be enough for powering the receiver magnet.
I would recommend minimum 50 Volts. Our i-Telex systems works with 80 Volts.

привет Владимир,
какой красивый телеграф c русскопишущей клавиатурой. Телеграф не будет работать ниже чем 65 вольт и 40 мА элетпричества.

I will try it

Can i use 110 v AC with diode bridge and capacitor for powering current loop?
here is the link https://daduke.org/tty/.

Thank you

yes, you can use it. But important is to use a (adjustable) resistor, about 2 kOhms 5 watts in the circuit to limit the current to 40ma.

I have attached diode bridge with capacitor to 220/110 v transformer.
I have 40 mA loop @ 156 volts DC.

I have plug 4 pin connector in my loop. The current is flowing (40 mA).
There is voltage on solinoid (7 volts DC).The Solinoid will work if i move metal plate towards it.

Is it ok? Can i power the machine?

Thank you

Yes, switch on the motor and see if the machine runs more or less silent and if you can
type.

Machine is more or less silent. I can print, but carriage wont move.
