I've got a brand new RFT T-63. How to power up this machine?

welcome to the forum!
You really have a "dream of a machine".
I have manuals for the RFT T63 but not yet scanned. For first steps you can download manuals of the Siemens T37
which is basically the same machine.
I have put them on my server for download:
teleprinter.net/download
All "T37" documents might be useful. Unfortunately all are German language.

Can i power up machine with 220V without 40mA loop?

Not really. It will run "open" and just making terrible noise. :-)

A loop supply with 40ma is essential to use those machines.

I've attached 40 mA loop.
And power up machine.
It is printing randomly. But carriage won't move.

I have put 32 V power supply and 733 Ohm resistor(32/733 = 0.0436 A).

does it print characters or is it simply "rattling"?
You should make shure that the receive magnet is really engaged (best done while machine Motor is not running).
Have you measured the current?

Print one letter and make line feed.

Solinoid is silent.

that's awkward - does it do the same when you switch off the line current?

When i plug only 220 volts(without 40 mA loop) it does not print.
