Hello!

My name is Anton and I'm from Croatia. I'm a big fan of teleprinters. I come from a railway family and I fell in love with those lovely machines when I was a kid and first saw them working. Never could forget that sound and that punched tape I got, when my dad gave it to me. I was mesmerized with it.

I currently have two teleprinters. Siemens T100 and Lorenz Lo 133.

I hope I will get them online as soon as possible and connect it to the i-Telex. :)

Hi Anton,
I followed the chats and hope you can get the machines going and hook them up to our system, soon.
I wish you a warm welcome to our community!
I hope I find the time to do some more translation on our web pages since especially for the beginners our English section is a bit on the weak side.
Best Regards
Stefan aka sr6346

Hello Anton,

what you have is the Yugoslavian "ET" version of a Sagem TX20 with metal cover inestead of plastic
of the original Sagem.
Here is my restoration report of a Sagem TX21 that I did restore a couple of years ago.
The TX21 is the two language version of the TX20. In my case Latin - Arabic.
I got his machine from a friend who was living in Egypt back then.

Unfortunately the print head got broken and I tried to repair it...with no success.
Thanks to Richard from Australia I got a spare print head from him and could repair the machine eventually.

WoW, I like that fact that gives it sturdiness - metal covering. Wonder why did they do it in metal? I don’t mind, of course.

I watched all of your photos, what a beautiful restoration. I don’t understand what part actually went? Is thst aluminum part that broke? If yes, couldn’t you CNC machine it?

Oh, and I’m not sure do I miss some stick or how is called thing where you put spool on? Or spool goea directly on side carriers?

I really like this machine. I hope everything inside, regarding the electronics, is repairable (chips, condensers and stuff).
