In Romania back in the days we had Hungarian made I.F.V. 'Ratus' A-20 cash register (in fact the Hungarian made version of East-German "Secura"-20). They where still used in the early '90's. But after that they where taken out of use and I think with the exception of few where scrapped. I did see such machines in use around 1990.
My question is how did you operated this machines. Dind't found any manual for them, not even in German or Hungarian.
The bigger key with no mark on it as far as I see on the film from bellow it was for adding (pressing it twice on the same time seemed to open the drawer). But for what *1, rhombus , rhombus 1, C keyes where use for and what that small 4 digit counter did.
Also why it had to keys (locking keyes) on the right side?
