Entschuldigung, wenn der Deutsche arm ist, verwende ich Google zum Übersetzen.

Ich habe ein funktionierendes System mit Kennung. Die Frage ist also, wie ich mich dem I-Telex anschließen und mich auf dem Server für Teilnehmer registrieren kann.
Sende ich die erforderlichen Daten per Telex? Hier die gewünschten Details posten?

Okay Graham, One of the team will be able to enter your Pi-Telex into the server - normally Fred does this.

A small comment re your identifier - UK is probably the identifier for Uraguay - its a small detail. The normal format is like this 459724 SEAN G

Doesn't really matter right now - Out of interest what was the original identifier? on the older machines it is sometimes nice to know their history.

Hi Graham,

Henning has added you to the "Teilnehmerserver" so you should be good to go.

It's best to operate your Teleprinter as they were originally intended - this means 24/7 operation - Fully understand that with a mechanical machine local restrictions may mean this is impossible.

yes that's a problem with 24/7 The noise! But I have a solution in mind in the form of an electronic telex. But its not ready yet. Tomorrow Ill fire everything up.
