could someone send me a quick telex on 472426 to see if my incoming connection to PiTelex is functional?

Sorry, no dice. My request times out. No answer (not even SYN/ACK or RST). Ping doesn't work either, probably both actively filtered.

Maybe check your firewall configuration?

(And if your device allows it, please don't "filter" ports or ICMP ping. It doesn't deter bad guys and hampers debugging. It's like a big sign "Nobody here, go on!" )

Ill check the firewall rules . I have only the one port open at the moment. PiTelex seems to use 2342. I'll open a broad range just for test purposes.
