Two problems with Lo15b

Hello,
Everything has been working well. But there are two annoyances that I’d like to fix.
1.line spacing. Single line spacing is not enough. The lines touch each other and printed text is hard to read
2. Ribbon colors. Sometimes the received characters are red instead black. It seems to happen repeatedly for the same characters (the letter t for example). Most characters are received just fine but some show in red instead of black. So I have a line of black type with occasional red characters in there.
