Hello,
my name is Fabien, I'm from Prague in the Czech Republic. I've been collecting teletypes for quite some time now and
I've been thinking to join the I-Telex network lately.
My collection currently consists mainly from fully working machines and one in restoration.
I'm currently working on my own I-Telex interface based on ESP32.
I'm sometimes use my teletypes in combination with my historical receivers as they were originally used.
I also have testing equipement for tuning teletypes and polar relays used in them.
Sometimes I visit local Maker faires with my teletypes and other equipement around it.
I've also developed multiple tools to help me with restoring all of the equipement,
including radio traffic simulator, USB to hellschreiber adapter, some USB to teletype interfaces and more.

welcome to the forum. You have already a quite nice collection. It would be great if your machines could be reached via i-Telex.

welcome in the forum!
For joining the telex network, you have to contact Henning (memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=60) or Detlef (memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=351). They can connect you to the nameserver and assign telex numbers. But first, you need a working I-Telex or Pi-Telex interface.

My name is Michal Petrilak. I'm also from Czech Republic, Brno.
I recentrly bought T100S and RFT T51 machines.
T100 is in great condition. Now I wanto to be connected to i-telex network.
I send request for number assigment (via telex) to Henning, already.
I'm using piTelex and Raspbbery Pi.

All telex stuff is new for me. I'm hobby electronics enthusiast, and and like tech from 70's and 80's.

My T51 is not in good shape, can receive but can't send. Also it is bare machine, no paper tape reader and puncher, no FSG.

I'm very extited that old technology can still be used in 2025, all thanks to the i-telex network.
