"Search Subscribers for" - issue

Hello fellow TELEX OPERATORS

My T100 seems to be in an I-TELEX loop.

When I go to call out it will print
"SEARCH SUBSCRIBERS FOR:"

and I cannot find out how to get out of this loop.

I cannot dial other TELEX operators.
Can someone please tell me how to disable this loop please?

NOTE: My double current Terminals (SAGEM TX-20, TX-35E) can dial out as usual.

It is just the Siemens T100 that seems to be caught in the loop.
Thank you

Hello Bambi,

it seems to me, that your "system" is dialling twice a zero.

Usually you have to dial a zero to reach external i-telex subscribers. If you dial a zero a second time you reach the subscriber information.

Can you check your configuration where the second zero will be generated?

Maybe for diagnosis, it could be useful to change the i-telex configuration "Outside line number" to any other number than a zero, which is not in use at internal extensions. e.g. 9

Thank you Wolfgang for your diagnosis as to what is happening.

I tried changing the outside number to 8 and 9 for calling but I-Telex just cut the line.
I reinstalled the I-TELEX firmware, but there was no improvement.
It is very strange.
I will keep trying other things.
Thank you for your help.

UPDATE: With the T100, I notice I cannot call my other terminals from it either.
But I can call the T100 from the other terminals.

I cannot go into LOC mode either from the T100
