könntest du eurer Stadtverwaltung nicht einige Fernschreiber zur Verfügung stellen?
Dann könnten die die ganze Papierflut auf Rollenpapier ausdrucken, geht vielleicht schneller?

Thank you for sharing the video. At first though I listened to it not understanding anything (we had a choice of Spanish or German at school and I chose Spanish, which was useful for vacations there) but seeing lots of paper being printed. Then I thought "my browser translates the i-Telex website, maybe YouTube will do that for speech". Sadly not. However, if you watch a forein language video in YouTube, then turn on the Transcript, and then get your browser to translate the transcript, you can understand in real time most of what is being said!
