Und dann hast du die E-Mail-Adresse als Kommando eingegeben. Das steht "eingabe:" und nicht "empfaenger:" oder "empfaenger erneut eingeben".

Kleiner Optimierungsvorschlag: Das Wort "Eingabe" durch "Kommando" oder "Befehl" ersetzen. Dann wäre es eindeutig.

I am having trouble as the gateway does not send me a new PIN when requested to 37210. I am currently mobile on a canal boat with but have improved our data link to make our connection more consistent today. Have I done something wrong? I have lost my printout with my PIN number on so requested a change.

Also when trying to send emails to 37210, they do not arrive. Maybe my account is locked?

Hi John,

I looked into the service logs. The service tries to reach the number 37210 but cannot get a network connection. I just tried with WinTlx and get the same "no connection" message. This seems to be a network problem.

Do you have a public IPv4 address in your mobile network? Maybe your IP address is not yet updated on the server.
Do you use an i-Telex system? Or piTelex?

Hi Detlef, thank you for looking at that for me. I suspect the recent IP address on the mobile network will not have updated on the system. I can dial in to the server but due to lack of PIN I cannot connect. I will look to see what my external IP address is.

How did you check your IP address?
What does https://whatismyipaddress.com/ tell you?

And again the question: Do you use an i-Telex system? Or something else like piTelex.
If you have an i-Telex system, you can switch to the Centralex Server to avoid routing problems.
